do?
There are three main strands to our teaching:
- Term-time after school and at weekends
- Regular Half Term and Holiday Workshops
- In Schools
We pride ourselves on a high quality experience and we all have a lot of fun whilst learning through drama games, exercises and role-play.
We teach:
- Deportment (how to carry yourself properly)
- Articulation (how to speak clearly)
- Communication (how to talk, listen and interact with others)
- Courtesy
Each Workshop has a theme; these have included WWII, Shakespeare, Ancient
Egypt and Charles Dickens.Through the drama exercises, we develop:
- Focus
- Concentration
- Memory
As professional actors, these skills are the tools of our trade; but clearly, these skills are also of great value to our children in any walk of life.
Drama Queens
has developed a unique, effective and fun way to pass on these fundamental skills through our plays, original music and teaching methods.
